Zhang Weiguo is now Vice Governor of Jiangsu Province and member of the Leading Party Group of Jiangsu Provincial Government. Zhang, male, born in November 1953, Han nationality, is a native of Changzhou, Jiangsu Province. He has postgraduate degree and is a PhD in management. Zhang joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in June 1975 and started his first job in December 1968.
