Xu Ming is nowVice Governor and member of the Leading Party Group of Jiangsu Provincial Government, Secretary of CPC Xuzhou Municipal Committee and Chairman of the Standing Committee of Xuzhou Municipal People’s Congress. Xu, male, born in May 1956 in Wuxi, Jiangsu province, Han nationality. He earned his MA degree from the Party School of CPC Central Committee.
