Shi Heping is Vice Governor and Member of the Leading Party Group of Jiangsu Provincial Government. Shi, male, born in February 1955, Han nationality. Shi is a native of Liyang, Jiangsu. He received on-the-job graduate education and has a master’s degree in management. He is also a senior engineer. He joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in December 1974 and started his first job in February 1971.
