Huang Lixin is member of the Standing Committee of CPC Jiangsu Provincial Committee, Vice Governor and member of the leading Party Group of Jiangsu Provincial Government. Huang, female, born in August 1962, Han Nationality. She is a native of Suqian, Jiangsu Province. With a Master’s Degree received in the Party School of CPC Jiangsu Provincial Committee and a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, she is also a senior engineer.
