Li Xiaomin is Vice Governor and member of the Leading Party Group of Jiangsu Provincial Government. Li, male, born in May 1959, Han Nationality. Li is a native of Laiyang, Shandong Province. Li earned his Bachelor’s Degree in History. He joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in November 1982 and started his first job in August 1983.
