The second China International Service Outsourcing Cooperation Conference (CISOCC), co-sponsored by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) and the Jiangsu provincial government, was opened grandly on Jun. 23rd at the Nanjing International Expo Center, with more than 200 famous service outsourcing corporations from both domestic and abroad, and 20 service outsourcing pilot cities of china in attendance.
        On Jun.23rd, Nanjing International Expo Centre witnessed the grand opening ceremony of the second CISOCC. Liang Baohua, secretary of the provincial Party committee, attended the opening ceremony and pressed the starting button. Governor Luo Zhijun addressed at the opening ceremony.
